I did MBBS in 2004 and MD in Pediatrics in 2009 from J. N Medical College, A.M. U, Aligarh.
Upon completing my primary medical qualification, I embarked on a journey within the Department of Pediatrics, where my passion for pediatric teaching, training and managing patients in resource-limited settings flourished. Recognizing a critical gap in pediatric care at Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College Hospital, I took the initiative to establish independent pediatric and neonatal services, catering especially to the economically disadvantaged. As an Assistant Professor of Modern Pediatrics, I lead these efforts while also fulfilling academic and clinical responsibilities, including mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. Through seminars and hands-on training sessions, I strive to instill comprehensive knowledge in general pediatrics and neonatal care. My commitment to community health extends beyond the hospital walls; I organize health screening camps targeting malnutrition, conduct contact tracing for pediatric tuberculosis exposure, and address societal issues surrounding childhood obesity, diabetes, and sexual maturation disorders.  My research endeavors have resulted in 18 publications in esteemed international journals, and I am the author of two seminal books: "Tuberculosis Transmission among Contacts: Myth and Reality" and "Management of Children with Ambiguous Genitalia."
