Dr. Mujahid was awarded Ph.D. in Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 2011. During his Ph.D., he worked on Synthesis, characterization and electrochemical study of composite membranes. He did his B.Sc.(HONS)(Physics, Chemistry & Maths),M.Sc. (PhysicalChemistry) and M.Tech (Agriculture Process and Food Technology) from Aligarh Muslim University. He is actively engaged in research on Synthesis, characterization, electrochemical study and transport phenomena of composite membranes for desalination and waste water treatment applications. He has been teaching Applied Chemistry to the students of Diploma Engg. in University Polytechnic, Aligarh Muslim University, India. He has published 46 papers in journals of repute such as Desalination, Material Science and Engg C and Journal of Industrial and Engg Chemistry etc. He has also participated in 30 National and International conferences and Symposium.
