My idea of Teaching and research is to help inculcate values and morals for a better society , to develop understanding of expressions through language and to enhance communication skills.

With my 17 years of teaching - learning experience in association with Banasthali Vidyapith -A Gandhian  Institution and Aligarh Muslim University- An institution of Academic Excellence;  I have developed a sense of responsibility and a tendency to work hard. With this approach I am willing to  work in the unexplored fields of  Medieval Poetry and Linguistics.
