Dr. Mohd Rashid is working as an Assistant Professor (Contractual) at the Department of Philosophy, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has completed his B.A. (Hons), M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Department of Philosophy, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has awarded Post Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR), New Delhi under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. He has appointed as a Scrutiny Officer for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Examination at the Department of Philosophy, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has published several research papers in national and international journals and presented several research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. He attended many workshops, webinars, training and orientation programs at national and international levels. He is serving as an Academic Counselor for BAG Programme at SC-2713, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi. Apart from teaching, research and invigilation, he is serving as Resident Warden in-charge in the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Hall, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.
