Dr. Husain joined the Physics Department at AMU as a Lecturer in 2001 and has been serving as a Professor since 2016, specializing in condensed matter physics. His research focuses on CMR materials, dilute magnetic semiconductors, and multifunctional materials. He has published over 100 research papers in prestigious journals, accumulating more than 1500 citations. Dr. Husain has presented his work at numerous international conferences, both in India and abroad, and has participated in workshops and schools at esteemed institutions, including The Abdus Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics in Italy and the Max Planck Institute in Germany. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer for respected publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, the Institute of Physics, and the American Institute of Physics.
