Dr. Ahmadur Rahman is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics & Operations Research, at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Previously he worked as Assistant Professor at Galgotias University, Greater Noida. He also worked at The NorthCap University, Gurugram. He has more than six years of teaching experience. He obtained his degree of Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D.) from the Aligarh Muslim University on the topic “Analysis of Mathematical Models in Accelerated Life Testing”. He received Maulana Azad National Fellowship(MANF) during his Ph.D. His area of research is Reliability, Life Testing, and Econometrics. He has published more than 20 papers in national and international reputed journals. Apart from that he has published three book chapters. He has read/presented 6 papers at national and international conferences; one of them is presented at the University of Bahrain. He received his B.Sc.(Hons.) and M.Sc. Statistics degree from A.M.U. He also received a PG Merit Scholarship during his master’s degree.
