Dr. Mohammad Aslam did his M.S. (General Surgery) from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 1990. He served as Clinical Registrar for a full term of three years. He was appointed as Lecturer in Surgery in October 1996, Reader in 2004 and Professor of Surgery since 2010. He is a Diplomat of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He was declared a Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences, India in 2004. He also passed FRCS (A) in Surgery in General of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (U.K) in the year 2000. His main area of interest and thrust include Laparoscopic Surgery, Urology and Male Factor Infertility. He has been the Examiner of MBBS, BDS and MS of various Indian Universities of repute. He has been the examiner of reputed DNB course in Family Medicine and Surgery conducted by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He has also been the expert for recruitment of Medical Officers through Central and various States Public Service Commissions. He was decorated with FCLS in 2017. Ha has been conferred upon the Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons at the convocation held in San Francisco (USA) in the year 2019.
