Office Timings:

From 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (With Lunch Break 1:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M.)

Friday: (From 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.)

Sundays/Holidays: Office /Closed



  • Allotment process to the students (As per criteria approved by Central Allotment Committee (CAC)
  • To maintain  personal files of students
  • To maintain  dues records of students in ledger
  • To maintain  students Data in all respects
  • Allotment of differently-abled students on priority basis
  • To maintain personal files of Staff
  • To maintain Leave records of Staff
  • To maintain receipt and dispatch Registers
  • To maintain Attendance Register of Staff
  • To maintain Children Education Allowance Register
  • To maintain Medical Re-imbursement Register
  • To maintain Main Gate Entry Register
  • To maintain Students Complaint Register
  • To maintain of Stock Registers
  • To maintain Budget record (Budgeted & Non-Budgeted)

Standard Operating System (SOPs) for Dining Hall

Dining Timings: 

Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Lunch      : 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Dinner     : 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • To provide Hygienic food as per the need and expectation of the residents
  • Munshies are responsible for realization of Mess Charges, keeping record of attendance and expenditure incurred food preparation and also record of duties of Dining Hall Staff
  • Cooks are responsible for daily cooking and preparation of tasty and hygienic food items.
