Dr. Md Israr Equbal is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University polytechnic, AMU, Aligarh, India. Dr. Equbal completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from RPSIT Patna, India. He obtained his Master's and PhD degree in Manufacturing Engineering from National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology, Hatia, Ranchi, india. He has more than ten years of experience in industry, teaching and research. His current area of research includes modelling and simulation, analysis and optimization of manufacturing process parameters, statistical process control and artificial intelligence. He has more than 50 papers published in National and International journals/proceedings like,  CIRP Journal of Manufacturing Science and Technology,  Progress in Additive Manufacturing, Metallography, Microstructure, and Analysis,  International Journal of Manufacturing Research, AIMTDR, IOP conf. series etc.
