General Body:-
General
Body will consist of all the members (Women Teachers, AMU Wives, Friends of
AMU) and all members will have proportional rights including appointment as office
bearers and members of the Executive Committee. Two meetings of General Body
will be held in a year.
Composition of Executive Council:-
- Patron: Wife of the Vice-Chancellor (Ex-Officio)
- Vice Patron: Wife of the Pro Vice Chancellor (Ex-Officio)

- Joint Secretary
- 15 Members of Executive Committee
The
office bearers and Members of Executive Committee from S.No. to 8 will be
nominated by the Vice Chancellor for a
two year term after consultations.
Other
Rules/Regulations will be framed by Executive Committee and implemented after
approval of General Body and Patron of the Club.
