I take off all official maintenance and control of records relating to Stock management, Inventory and Leave Record Registers, Advance, and Settlements, Scholarship. I look after all the manage additional responsibilities like Provost Office,IQAC, NAAC, NIRF, AQAR ,Times Higher Education (THE) World University Ranking (WUR),Atal Ranking, SAMARTH and DSW regular update of data; Retrieve data as and when required to Aligarh and Competent authority and Departmental Facilitator of NIRF ,NAAC Cycle 2 and scholarships (Institute Nodal Officer). Handling attendance registers for all teaching and non-teaching, contractual and guest faculty.
Overall maintaing and handling all records and ledger of residents students, Official correspondences, Letter Drafting and noting etc.
Handling & Updating the register of Child education allowance. Preparing and updating  Cash register (Imprest, Revolving, Students fund). Monitoring and Supervision all Complaint works like Maintenance works, Plumbing works, Electrical Works, etc. ,R
eceipt of local revenue and depositing it in different banks Correspondence related to the appointment of Daily wagers, LSC, and Permanent Staff and preparing extension orders of Daily wagers staffs. Handling and Supervision Admission /Continuation /Re-admission /Counseling. Preparing joining reports (Teaching and Non- Teaching staffs) , Reimbursement of bills,Annual Report preparation, Relieving certificate and Notices, Expense Certificates and Bonafide certificate, Experience Certificate, Reports prepared in different sections (Disciplinary Proceeding, Departmental enquiry and Anti Ragging).
