1. Aftab attended the workshop/seminar of staff development programme for the teachers in u.g.c. academic staff college , a.m.u. , Aligarh held from 21.05.2012 to 26.05.2012.
2. He inspired the students of his school to participate in the international science supermo Olympiad for which he got the certificate of achievement in 2017.
3. In 2018, again he played a key role in preparing the students for the ‘international Olympiad of science’ for which he was given the certificate of excellence.
4. He received the certificate of appreciation for coordinating and supporting in the science awareness week held in 2019.
5. He was also given the certificate of appreciation by ehf in 2019.
6.He was assigned with the post of pro-proctor in 2004-05. 7. He was the asstt. Incharge in the evening shift of a.m.u. a.b.k. high school (boys) in 2006.
