Dr. Farhan Ahmed received his Ph.D. in Economics from Department of Economics, AMU, Aligarh in 2018. He completed his Master of Arts in Economics in 2013 from the same department. He is currently working as Assistant Professor (Economics) at Centre for Distance and Online Education, AMU, Aligarh. Dr. Farhan is teaching Undergraduate and Post Graduate students. His areas of interest are Agricultural Economics, Development & Environmental Economics and Indian Economy. He is actively engaged in research and has publications in various journals and books of national repute. Dr. Farhan is a life member of Indian Economic Association (IEA) and Global Initiative of Academic Networks (GIAN). He has also been actively engaged in organizing workshops and seminars.
