Dr. Zubair Ahmad Siddiqui is working as Assistant Professor in the Center for Distance Education, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh. He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Urdu, AMU in 2017 and qualified UGC-JRF in 2011. He did his Graduation and Masters in Urdu with the 1st Division. Dr. Zubair has edited a book titled “ Nashriyat-e- Majidi’ from Brown Book Publication, New Delhi, besides this, he also contributed two chapters in edited books and his research papers and articles published in various reputed Magazines and UGC listed Journals. Dr. Zubair presented papers in International and National Seminars and participated in Orientation programmes. Recently he has also worked as a Project Fellow in CAS-II, funded by UGC, in the Department of Urdu, AMU, Aligarh. He is also a prolific 'Inshaiya Nigar' (essay writer) and public speaker.
