Apart from General Orthopaedics and Trauma my special interest is in Paediatric Orthopaedics. Recently I have guided several MS theses on topics related to Paediatric Orthopaedics. I have published several papers in national and international journals of repute e.g. Indian journal of Orthopaedics, Journal of Bone and Joint Diseases,The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Indian Journal of Pathology and Microbiology, Journal of Indian Academy of Forensic Medicine, Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology etc. I was also a co-investigator in an ICMR project entitled, "A Study on Combating Osteoporosis with Natural Antioxidants from Medicinal Plants: An Initiative for National Bone Health and Military Medical Readiness (BHMMR) Program" .Presently I was editor of Journal of Bone and Joint Diseases which is an official journal of UP Orthopaedic Association.
