My research interests are in the area of theoretical nuclear and particle physics. The study of hadron structure with electromagnetic and weak probes through inclusive and exclusive(semi-inclusive) scattering experiments plays an important role. While the hadrons' vector nature can be determined through electromagnetic interactions, the axial-vector nature can be determined only through weak interactions. The neutrino-induced interactions are one of the prime sources of understanding the weak interactions. Currently, our work is focused on understanding the axial nature of hadrons. The neutrino-induced interactions on nucleon can broadly be categorized as a)quasielastic, b)inelastic, and c)deep-inelastic scattering. Further, the presence of complex nuclear sources and the effects due to the nuclear potential and multiple rescattering within the nucleus must be incorporated.
