Noting / Drafting |
Noting Drafting, correspondence from different offices of the University and confidential correspondence. Preparation of the minutes of all meetings of the Faculty. Drafting all the letters related to the repairing and renovation of the building of Faculty of Life Sciences along with the sanction of the funds for the same. Issuing of teachers leave orders. |
General / Local Selection Committees Assistant Professors (contractual)/ Guest Teachers/ Research Associate/ Project Selection committees of Faculty of Life Sciences. |
· Processing of Forms of Applicants for the various posts of Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor through General Selection Committees. · Verification of Documents of Applicants for the post of Assistant Professor (Contractual)/Guest Teacher. · Preparing Comparative Statements of Candidates appearing in Local Selection Committees for the post of Assistant Professor (Contractual) in various Departments of Studies in the Faculty of Life Sciences. |
Preparation of Master Data at Faculty level |
· Preparing Master Data of all the running courses at Faculty level for onward transmission to the Controller of Admissions & Examinations and the Proctor’s Office. · Consolidation of faculty data for onward transmission to the IQAC such as Times Higher Education Ranking, Category-wise Students’ Enrolment Data, NIRF, ATAL Ranking etc. |
Miscellaneous Works |
· All the works related to the Annual Convocation held each year, such as issuing of Gowns, returning of Gowns, issuing Degrees, preparing inventory of the Gowns received and returned, etc. · Consolidation of data received from various Departments of Studies for onward transmission to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell for ranking purposes. |
