I completed my Ph.D. from the Department of Biochemistry, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University in 2005.  I am working as an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry, at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University. My area of expertise includes the biochemistry of macromolecules and their role in health and chronic diseases. I have won national and international awards and have been the Principal Investigator of the projects sanctioned by the Indian Council of Medical Research and University Grants Commission. I have publications in reputed international journals with decent impact factors and have presented my work at various scientific meets. I am also serving as a reviewer for many prestigious journals.
