Dr. Rose Rizvi did her M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the Department of Botany, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 2005, 2008 and 2011, respectively. She has successfully participated in 19 national and international symposia/conferences/workshops related to her subject. Dr. Rose Rizvi has published 38 research papers in national and international journals of repute. She has been awarded with 'UGC-BSR Research Fellowship in Science for Meritorious Students' from 1st April'2010 to 31st October'2011. Besides this, she also recieved  SCIENTIST of the Year Award - 2018 and Young Scientist of the Year Award-2018 by the National Environmental Science Academy (NESA), New Delhi and International Foundation for Environment and Ecology (IFEE) Kolkata, India respectively. She has also been awarded with prestigious CSIR-Research Associate (2016-17) Fellowship, HRDG, New Delhi, but could not availed the same as she joined the Deptt. of Botany, AMU, Aligarh as Assistant Professor on 28th Feb'2017. Her thrust area of research is Integrated Pest Management of Plant-Parasitic Nematodes through Biological Control, PGPRs and Organic Soil amendments and Bio-synthesis of Nanoparticles. Transcriptomic and Proteomic analysis of Plant-pathogen Interactions.
