Jan Nisar Akhtar received B.E degree in Civil Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 2003, and M. Tech degree in Civil Engineering (Structure) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 2006. His M.Tech work was on â??A Study of Permeability of Fibre Reinforced Fly ash Concreteâ??. He has published papers in International Journal Asian Journal of Civil Engineering Iran (Building and Housing), International Conference on Emerging Technologies in environmental Science A.M.U., Aligarh, India. International Journal of the Physical Journal of Engineering Science and Technology. International Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology (IJEAT). He has Review papers in International journal. His research area is Enhancement in Properties of concrete, demolished waste concrete, Recycle Concrete. Presently he is an Assistant Professor at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.
