·      Notification is issued regarding the choice of open electives at the beginning of the 1^st & 3^rd Semesters for M.A. students and 3^rd Semester for B.A. Students.

·     A form is circulated to the students, specifying rules regarding choice of open electives as per the curriculum.

·        Students fill up and submit the form in the Office of the Chairperson.

·        Based on the data, a preliminary list of electives is prepared.

·   The list of open electives is finalized and circulated to the faculty, students and office of Controller of the Examinations.
