भाषा विज्ञान का विभाग

भाषा विज्ञान में मास्टर डिग्री कई प्रकार की नौकरियों जैसे- भाषाविद्, फ़ॉरेंसिक भाषाविद्, कंप्यूटेशनल भाषाविद्, कोशकार, उच्चारण प्रशिक्षक, अनुवादक या दुभाषिया आदि के लिए आधार प्रदान कर सकती है ।

• यह समझने में कि ध्वन्यात्मक, रूपात्मक, वाक्य-विन्यासात्मक और अर्थ संबंधी प्रणालियों की संरचना के साथ साथ भाषाएँ कैसे संरचित होती हैं।

• भाषा के जैविक आधार और शिक्षा पर प्रभाव डालने वाले विभिन्न भाषा विकारों का ज्ञान प्राप्त करने में।

• विभिन्न भाषाओं से भाषाई डेटा एकत्र करने, व्यवस्थित करने, उसका विश्लेषण करें और भाषा संरचना की परिकल्पना तैयार करने में।

• भाषा शिक्षण, कंप्यूटेशन, स्पीचथेरेपी, फोरेंसिक विज्ञान आदि विषयों में भाषाई उपकरण और डेटा का उपयोग करना।

• भाषा भिन्नता एवं परिवर्तन, भाषाई विविधता, बहुभाषावाद और सामाजिक पहचान के निर्माण में इनकी भूमिका के बारे में जागरूकता विकसित करने में।
