आवंटन नीतियाँ
ALLOTMENT POLICIES OF BIBI FATIMA HALL
The Hall accommodates only Engineering Girls Students.
The Hall is having single seated, triple seated and five seated room (Dormitory).
For newly admitted students the allotments are made on the ‘first come first serve’ basis. A sequential file number is issued to the candidates in order to maintain the transparency in room allotment.
For students who didn’t get hostel at the time of admission, a waiting list is maintained and allotment is made accordingly once seat is available.
Single seated room is given to the students of B.Tech. final year & B.Arch. 4th year or students with more standing.
In case of continuation to the higher class e.g. M.Tech. or Ph.D. single room is directly allotted to the internal students.
Triple seated room is given to the students of B.Tech. & B.Arch. 3rd year and newly admitted (external) student of M.Tech. and Ph.D.
Dormitory (5 seated rooms) is given to the newly admitted student of B.Tech. & B.Arch.
Few seats in the Hall are also reserved for NRI & PH candidates.
