The OSO-AMU Pilot Project

AMU has been awarded a joint collaboration project for Science, Technology and Engineering and Mathematics-Education and Research (STEM-ER) with The Ohio State University (OSU), USA under the OBAMA-SINGH 21^st Century Knowledge initiative.

 The project is applicable to all departments of Studies in the Faculties of Science, Life Science, Engineering and Technology and Bio-technology Unit at AMU.

 Under this Project FOUR Ph. D. Students, sufficiently well advanced in their research (at least one year research experience) would be selected for a dual degree program: A TWO year Masters Degree in STEM to be awarded by the OSU (USA); and the Ph. D. degree to be awarded by AMU.
