Central IT-Helpdesk (CITHD)

Central IT - Help Desk of Prof. M. N. Faruqui Computer Centre is a technology adoption support facility for Campus Users of AMU available within the campus network as an intranet based service. It facilitates answering of technical queries and also offers Remote Support related to central IT Services of University for all registered Users.

Option A : All registered users may raise their IT service request (strictly for those services which are being mentioned in IT Service Catalogue of Computer Centre) at Central IT-Helpdesk using the URL -> https://cithd.amu.ac.in from their respective desks connected to campus network without requiring connectivity to internet. 

Option B : Users visiting  Central IT Help Desk in person

(other than Sundays and Holidays)  during normal working days 
 may kindly note the visit timings as per following :
