Apart from teaching, I always encouraged and inspired the students to organize and participate in extra-co-curricular activities in order to inculcate inter personal and communication skills among them. 

Throughout my academic career I involved myself in literary endeavors as an active member of University Literary Club. Prepared a comprehensive lesson plan on Elocution/Recitation for the English proficiency and Personally Development Programme of Coaching & Guidance Centre, AMU., Aligarh and contributed as resource person in the above programme. As censor and warden in-charge of Annual Magazine of M. M. Hall for four consecutive academic Sessions, my endeavor was to channelize the literary & creative talents of young learners. I strongly feel that character, career and competence building of the students should be the obsession of every teacher.
