Prof. Imrana Naseem , Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Life Sciences. Working for the last 33 years in the Department of Biochemistry teaching various courses at undergraduate and post graduate level, doing research, my area of specialization is free radical biology, diabetes and cancer therapeutics. I have 75 research papers in international journals of high repute, my h-index is 23 and i10 index is 45.Besides I have been actively involved in administration at university as well as at college level, headed most of the college committees. At university level, I was chairperson of my department for one full tenure of three years ,the major achievements during my tenure as chairperson was renovation of old building specially the major hall which has a heritage value ,holding a very well attended three day international conference establishment of tissue culture lab and sanction of DST-FIST program . I was convener women's cell for one year  and first NAAC assessment was also held during my tenure as chairperson.
