Dr. Zaid Mustafa Alavi is Guest Faculty in Political Science at Women’s College, AMU, specializing in International Relations, Human Rights, and Comparative Politics. His research examines the role of major powers in shaping post–Cold War human rights norms, with a focus on US–EU foreign policy. He actively integrates emerging issues like AI in global politics, digital surveillance, and geopolitical realignments into both teaching and scholarship. Dr. Alavi is committed to fostering critical thinking, interdisciplinary learning, and research-driven engagement with the challenges of 21st-century global governance.
