Insert the following text at the bottom-left of the first page ONLY of your camera-ready paper:

The camera-ready paper should be at most six pages. A maximum of 8 pages is allowed with an overlength fee.

• Authors from India: ₹1000 per extra page.
• Foreign Authors: $50 per extra page.

All papers must be validated through IEEE PDF eXpress. The Conference ID is 68503X.

Rename your final PDF for Camera Ready Submission using the following format and submit it on your Microsoft CMT Author Console:

All authors must submit the copyright of their papers. You will receive an email from IEEE to fill the electronic Copyright Form (eCF). Ensure the author order and title in the eCF match your final paper exactly.

Rename your completed eCopyright Form PDF using the following format and submit it on your Microsoft CMT Author Console:

After payment, fill out the Google Form to complete the registration process.

Submit the final, camera-ready paper on the Author Console of your Microsoft CMT account.
