A student who undergoes two years of regular study in the program, earns required 120 credits subject to the break up in various course categories and fulfills such other conditions.


A candidate will be eligible for admission to these programs if he/she has passed the relevant B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc. Engg. /B. Tech Bachelor degree Examination of this University or an examination recognized by this University as its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and has undergone the bachelor program for not less than three-year duration.


There are significant job opportunities available in both private and public sector, in India as well as abroad. MBA students are placed in managerial and executive positions. Many companies visit the faculty for campus recruitment. Apart from this, several students opt for entrepreneurship as a career option. Students also pursue research and teaching in higher education.


The MBA program seeks to develop students into conscientious leaders who are equipped to tackle the challenges of the business environment. This is accomplished through the following objectives:

  • Impart subject knowledge: To impart knowledge and information across functional areas of management in order to evaluate business situations.

  • Develop managerial skills: To develop critical managerial expertise like soft skills, innovative thinking, analytical ability, opportunity-seeking, environmental awareness, problem solving, decision-making, communication, team participation, leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

  • Foster experiential learning: To develop insights into the real-world business problems through learning by doing or practical hands-on experience by way of case-studies, industry visits, live projects, internships etc.

  • Inculcate social, ethical, environmental responsibilities: To inculcate a sense of responsibility towards the society and environment and become ethical, law-abiding business leaders.


After completing MBA, students will be able to:

  • Integrate theories and practices to perform managerial activities.

  • Demonstrate effective and socially-responsive managerial skills and business acumen.
