Goal : Social, academic and holistic development of students. 

Participated in workshops, online teaching training program, in- service- training by UGC HRD Academic Staff  College, AMU and faculty development programs to enhance the technical knowledge and skills for effective teaching. 

Question  paper setter, moderator,  examiner and Head examiner of  Class X board exam and set questions for class XI admission entrance test for humanities/commerce 

Pro Proctor of the school from April 2018 to March 2022 .

House  Incharge of Green house from 2014 to 2016 and Blue House from 2016 to 2018
