I have been working as the Principal of the AMU Girls' School- a prestigious and renowned school of the Aligarh Muslim University, since 2008, I was also assigned the additional charge of Ahmadi School for the Blind renamed as Ahmadi School for the Visually Challenged on 17-09-2009 till 2014. Since then, utilizing my administrative and teaching experiences shown below trying to given an impetus to the school and making frenzied efforts to nurture the idea of equality among the down trodden segment of the society to make them a part of country development. Earlier, I had worked as Principal in Techno Academic Inter College, Lucknow, and as a Lecturer and Course Coordinator in the Department of Education, Integral University, Lucknow. I possess a rich and varied experience of both teaching and administration in the field of education. During my stint at the Integral University, I achieved the proud distinction of establishing their Department of Education. Equipped with a sound knowledge and understanding of the current thinking in the field of school education, I have been able to give a fresh impetus to the development of the AMU Girls' School.
