Dr. Hasan earned his Ph.D. in 'Theoretical Nuclear Physics with Strangeness' from Aligarh Muslim University under the supervision of Prof. A. A. Usmani, and did his Post-doctoral research from University of Delhi with Prof. Daksh Lohiya. He has more than 15 years teaching and research experience. His research interests include Physics of Hypernuclei and Neutron stars, Cosmology. His teaching interests include Electromagnetism, Mechanics, Optics and E. M. Waves, Nuclear Physics, Quantum Mechanics etc.. He has received prestigious Dr. D. S. Kothari Post-doctoral Fellowship, University Junior Research Fellowship, National Merit Scholarship etc. He has qualified NET, GATE and other national level tests.
