Dr Sheeba Kamal was born in Uttar Pradesh. She completed her early education at St. Joseph Convent Bhopal and Canossa Convent Faizabad. Later, she joined Aligarh Muslim University for her higher education. She did her graduation, post-graduation, and Ph.D. in English from AMU. Presently, she's working as Senior Assistant Professor in the Applied Science And Humanities Section, in Women's Polytechnic.
Her specific area of research was Writings Of Expatriate Indian Women Novelist. She has participated and presented papers in a no. of International and National conferences and seminars. She has also attended several workshops and is actively engaged in several activities of the polytechnic.
- Post Modern Challenges Published a Paper in a souvenir titled "The Post Modern Challenges in the International Seminar on Postmodernism. Dimensions and Challenges during 4th to 6th March 2011 Organized by Shri Varshney College Aligarh.
- Gender Inquality : Issues & Challenges Published a paper in a souvenir of Vivekanand College of Law, Aligarh in National Seminar on "Gender Equality in India: Renaissance of Social Legal Justice titled "Gender Inequality: Issues and Challenges" on 3 April 2011
