Adiba Faiyaz received B.A. (English Hons.) degree from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, Jharkhand, in the year 2009. She obtained her M.A. from the Department of English, Jamia Millia Isamia, New Delhi in the year 2011 and completed her Ph.D from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 2021. She has earlier taught at Rajdhani College, University of Delhi, for around two years, before joining Aligarh Muslim University. Her areas of interests are 17th-18th century British Women's Writings, Indian English Literature, Literature in India, Popular Culture and Literary Theory.
