Dr. Tufail Ahmad has more than fifteen years of experience in the field of Agricultural Entomology, teaching and research. Dr. Ahmad was eight years as Associate Professor in Entomology at Asmara University, State Eritrea from 29 April 2011 to 30 June 2019. Dr Ahmad served as Associate Professor, and Head of Department of Plant Production, School of Agriculture at ITM University, Gwalior from 15 January 2021 up to 16 December 2022. He was also a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Plant Protection Aligarh Muslim University for a period of one year April 2010- April 2011. During his Ph.D, he was a Project Fellow in the research project granted by UGC New Delhi under supervision of Prof. M Shafique Ansari. He has more than 40 publications in peer reviewed journal and has attended five Workshop/ Seminar/ Forum/ Training Programmes at National/International repute. The thrust area of research is: Integrated Pest Managements, Bio rational management of Insect Pest.
