  1. To deal with cases of liveries of the Registrar's Office.
  2. To deal make correspondence with Unions/Association/Societies Centers & Institutions for their annual membership payment
  3. To prepare the supply orders of Stationary items of Registrar's Office through GeM and also the stationary receive & distribution to all Sections of the Registrar's Office.
  4. To pass the Bills related to Registrar's Contingency.
  5. To maintain the Register of Postage of the Registrar's Office.
  6. To collect the mode of journey from the members of EC/FC/AMU Court & other members of the Selection Committee.
  7. To prepare all Cheque & make case payment to the External Examiner/Experts/Visitors nominee etc.
  8. Processing the Bills of Legal/Founders Day etc.
  9. Any other work assigned by Assistant Registrar/Section Officer.
