- To deal with cases of liveries of the Registrar's Office.
- To deal make correspondence with Unions/Association/Societies Centers & Institutions for their annual membership payment
- To prepare the supply orders of Stationary items of Registrar's Office through GeM and also the stationary receive & distribution to all Sections of the Registrar's Office.
- To pass the Bills related to Registrar's Contingency.
- To maintain the Register of Postage of the Registrar's Office.
- To collect the mode of journey from the members of EC/FC/AMU Court & other members of the Selection Committee.
- To prepare all Cheque & make case payment to the External Examiner/Experts/Visitors nominee etc.
- Processing the Bills of Legal/Founders Day etc.
- Any other work assigned by Assistant Registrar/Section Officer.
