  1. Preparation of Schedule of Establishment, Budget Estimates, RTI information and other correspondences in respect of the following Departments/Office: -

    • Principal & Dean’s Offices and all the departments of Faculty of Medicine, J.N. Medical College, National Medical Commission and Paramedical College.
    • Department of Properties & Waqfs
    • Proctor’s Office
    • Sir Syed Academy
    • Central Purchase Office
    • Public Relations Office including Extension Lecture.
    • CPECAMI / Bridge Course
    • Health & Hygiene Committee, Academic Programme Committee (D/o Zoology).

  2.  
    Allocation of Departmental Development Charges to the various departments /offices of the University.
  3. Processing and updating of information of Budget & Expenditure on the Website of Ministry of Education, University Grants Commission and other agencies as required by IQAC.

  4. Collection of data from various Sections and uploading the same on web portal of Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Education.

  5. Handling/Uploading / Updation of AMU Website of Budget Section.
