Department of Oral & Dental Pathology and Microbiology/Oral Medicine & Dental Radiology

DEPARTMENT OF ORAL PATHOLOGY: The department has been constantly upgrading the equipments and is currently equipped with: Research microscope, LCD and teaching aid for slide discussions, & Teaching microscopes. The department is likely to have Stereomicroscope, Colorimeter & Fluorescent microscope in future.

An attempt is being made to have Oral Pathology Museum , which is expected to have adequate hard and soft tissue specimens along with clinical and microscopic details of pathologies for students.

Dept. of Oral Pathology expects to have Cancer Detection Centre where thorough oral examination is undertaken for early detection and prevention of oral cancer.
