Mohammed Yashik is working as a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at AMU Centre, Malappuram, Kerala  since 2013. He teaches the area of Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management ,Organization Development and Change ,Employee Relations, Human Resource Development and Strategic Planning and Business Model. He has Published  articles in research papers and presented in seminars/Conferences. He also have held various academic responsibilities like Director  in -Charge, Coordinator - in Charge, Examination-In -Charge, Purchase Committee Member and Convener of several Committees.
