Dr. Ahmad Faraz Khan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Research. His PhD Topic was "Assessment of Midlife Career Stress of Indian Managers". He holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and Masters in Business Administration. He is the recipient of prestigious Syed Hasan Qasim Memorial Gold Medal, 2010 and UGC-Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2012. He won the prestigious TCS Smart Manager Case Study Competition in 2009. After his M.B.A he served as a marketing manager in MICO Enterprises. He also served as Regional Coordinator for Manappat Foundation, looking after the CSR division of Manappat Group.
As an academic, he engages subjects like entrepreneurial skill development, bioentrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and design thinking. He is a member of University Innovation Council. He also supervises Community Outreach and Student Entrepreneurship activities at the Department of Business Administration. His research has been published in international journals like Benchmarking and SAGE Open.
As an empanelled trainer at All India Management Association (AIMA), he has designed and delivered training programs for top executives from leading organisations like Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), Rural Electrification Corporation (REC), All India Management Association (AIMA), Centre for Development of Telematics (CDOT), etc. on Blockchain, AI, Cybersecurity, Soft-skills, etc.
He is involved in consultancy assignments for entrepreneurs, start-ups and NGOs. His research interests include Emerging Technologies and Entrepreneurship.
