Dr. Feza Tabassum Azmi (MBA, PhD) is Professor, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies & Research, Aligarh Muslim University. Her book "Strategic Human Resource Management' is published by Cambridge University Press, University of Cambridge (UK).

She has more than 22 years of teaching experience. She has qualified the All-India UGC-NET and JRF in the discipline Management. She has published research papers in reputed Scopus indexed journals including "A" category journals in ABDC ranking

She writes articles, features and columns for BBC (BBC Future/Water, BBC Future/Architecture), Forbes, Gulf NewsJakarta Post, Asean Post, Indian Express, Economic Times, Times of India, Hindustan Times, The Wire, Business World, Outlook among others. She has presented papers in various international conferences and is on editorial and review boards of several international journals. Her areas of interest include strategic human resource and changes in the world of work. She has been invited for delivering talks by various leading institutes. She is also involved in action researches on employability of persons with disabilities and regularly organizes awareness campaigns and events.

She is Training Advisor in the Department and is also teacher-in-charge of Literary and E-Magazine Committee.
