My field of specialization is Management of Human Resources. Having done Ph.D. on Computerization of Human Resource Functions in Banking Industry in India, I shifted my attention to the field of Training Evaluation and Management. I have been working on Human Resource Management in general and Training in particular. I have edited a book on Strategic Human Resource Management, (Excel Publishers, New Delhi, 2005) and a monograph on Quality in Health Care Sector in India (UBH Publishers, Aligarh 2004). I have also contributed large number of Research Papers in National and International Journals. I have also delivered invited talks in Universities in India and abroad. My teaching interest is in the area of Human Resource Management and Information Technology Management.I served as founder Head, Department of Management, Jamia Hamdard New Delhi(1998-2000), Chairman, Department of Business Administration, AMU, Aligarh (11 July 2012-10 July 2015) and Dean Faculty of Management Studies and Research (22 December 2013 to 21 December 2015).Former Member Executive Council, Central University of Jammu(JUJ) as MHRD nominee, Member University Court, CUJ till November 2018 and Former Member Zonal Advisory Board, Life Insurance Corporation of India April 2013-2018 .Secretary AIMS U.P Chapter.
