Dr. Shamim Akhtar is an Associate Professor in the Centre of Continuing and Adult Education & Extension, Aligarh Muslim University,Aligarh. He has carried out his Ph.D in Education. Mass Motivation & Mobilization Training, Havana, Cuba: Sep.1984-July 1985. Note: I was selected for this programme through an all India selection by the Cuban authorities, and obtained one academic year's training in Cuba for motivating people in social programmes with much practical observation. This course was entitled "Ideological & Political Training."
