Professor in the Institute of Ophthalmology, J.N. Medical College, AMU, Aligarh since 2016. Joined the institute as Assistant Professor in 2004, promoted to Assosiate Professor in 2013. Area of Interest Community Ophthalmology, Cornea, Eye Banking & Keratoplasty.  Undergone training in Eye Banking & Keratoplasty at R P Center for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS, New Delhi in 2005. Managed the Eye bank as Coordinator since it's inception in January, 2006 till 2020. Has a vast clinical experience of more than 30 year, starting from  senior residency,  Senior Eye Surgeon in Christoffel Blinden Mission Germany (CBM) project for prevention of Blindness for two year (1995-1997) at Kasganj, UP, India, Eye Specialist for 4 years in Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  Guided more than 20 thesis of MS Ophthalmology. Published more than 25 papers in International & National Journals. Life member AIOS, DOS, UPSOS ISCKRS.Attended number of International, National & State level conferences eg. APACRS, AIOS, DOS & UPSOS in the last 30 years.
