Prof. Zia ur Rehman Siddiqui , An Eminent Urdu Scholar, Researcher, Critic, Translator, Linguist ,Journalist, Social Media Activist  highly intellectual and talented . He has contributed 20 books to Urdu Literature. Urdu Adab Ki Tareekh .(History of Urdu Literature) and Urdu Hindi Dictionary much recognized and popular Prof. Siddiqui served as Faculty member at  few prestigious Universities such as Jamia Millia Islamia New Deli, Delhi University Panjab  University Chandigarh. He qualified  Union Public Service Commission ,New Delhi. He also served as Principal at Sir Syed Post Graduate College, Aurangabad Maharashtra and other Regional Institutes of Central Institutes of Indian Languages Govt. of India such as Solan, Pune, Patiala, Bhubaneshwar Guwahati at Regional Centers of Ministry of Education , Govt of India.

.Prof. Siddiqui  also worked as Urdu interpreter to the Governor of Himachal Pradesh.  He contributed  more then 100 Audio Recordings for UG  and PG  Students during COVID 19. He Conducted as  Project Coordinator of On Line Urdu Refresher Course for University Teachers at SWAYAM PORTAL , Ministry of Education Govt. of India.Dy DEAN Students’ Welfare ,AMU and Editor,Dasnish Arts Faculty Journal AMU
