Area Manager in Hitachi Home and Life Solution (I) Ltd. Responsible for complete management of service business for UP region, from Business generation to customer satisfaction and all activities necessary to achieve it through Dealer network.

 

Worked as Senior Executive in Blue Star Ltd for 2.6 years. Providing services to all UP customers through channel partners, Product handled VRF, Small chillers, Pkg/Split ductable, Precision Control AC, and window/split. In addition was a part of product development team of BVRF in market, Acted as interface between factory R&D and field for product modification its effect and observations. Small Project’s execution at existing customer.

 

Through College placement, recruited by VOLTAS LIMITED (A TATA Enterprise). Worked for 2.4 years at Hyderabad location. Worked in Electro Mechanical & Refrigeration Business Group (EM&RBG) – VOLTAS Ltd as Customer Care Engineer.
