IT Service Management (ITSM)-Workflow of PMNFCC, AMU
L1-TeamSingle Point of Contact (SPoC) for registering incident tickets for seeking support/guidance related to University IT Services as per service catalogue of PMNFCC.
L2-TeamSupport tickets that cannot be resolved by L1 team will be handled by L2 team, When the ticket reaches to L2 level of IT Service Management (ITSM)-Workflow.
L3-TeamSupport tickets that cannot be resolved by L2 team will be handled by L3 team, When the ticket reaches to L3 level of IT Service Management (ITSM)-Workflow.
L4-TeamSupport tickets that cannot be resolved by L3 team will be handled by L4 team, When the ticket reaches to L4 level of IT Service Management (ITSM)-Workflow.
Service Co-ordinatorAll escalations pertaining to existing IT services and assessments/evaluations of feedbacks/suggestions/requests of registered users pertaining to IT services enhancements will be handled by the IT Service Coordinator concerned.
