Studied at Centre for the Study of Social Systems, JNU, New Delhi. Subsequently, did MBA with concentration in Marketing and HR, and further PhD in the domain of Strategic Management from A.M.U., Aligarh. 

Total work experience (no. of years): 30 years.

Has done wide extension work besides class-room teaching. Organize ‘TRAINING OF TRAINERS’ workshops for school and college teachers. Has helped both elite as well as non-mainstream and deprived institutions. 

A typical workshop aims at facilitating critical success factors of effective teaching through lecture cum participative methods. Key topics include scientific principles of knowledge management, communication and presentation skills, educational methodology, developing pedagogical tools, inputs on Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, understanding application of concepts like classical and dynamic conditioning, Gardner’s Frames of Mind, metacognition, and motivation theories to meet up higher learning objectives. Conduct managerial and behavioral training (PDP’s) for industry interns and students at IT, management centers, and educational institutions. Has taught behavioral and strategic management at several management and social work schools as a visiting faculty.
