Dr.Mohammed Ashraf Ali Professor, obtained his M.com and PhD Degrees from Sri venkateshwara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. A seasoned teacher, having over twenty eight years professional standing, he was lecturer in commerce, Sri sarvodaya college, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. Currently he is a professor in commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. His areas of specialization are Management, Entrepreneurship, organsational behaviour, Human resource management and marketing management. Prof. Ali is an active member of many professional organisations. He has participated in many national and international seminars and conferences. He has a number of research paper published in international journals of repute besides he has more than 12 outstanding books to his credit.
